Euan Mann - Director
Euan Mann has extensive experience in soft commodities, having worked and consulted for producers, merchants, end-users, and investors within the sector. He worked at ED&F Man for 8 years, beginning in research before progressing to a commercial/trading role as ED&F Man looked to offer options based risk management tools to end users and investors across the commodities sector.
In 2010, he founded Complete Commodity Solutions (CCS) to explore independent opportunities in soft commodities analysis. Since then, CCS has expanded its client base to include commodity merchants & processors, food producers, and commodity hedge funds. This breadth of experience gives him a unique perspective.
Euan is a member of the ICCO Expert Working Group on Stocks, the ICO Statistics Roundtable and often speaks at industry conferences. He has consulted as an expert to The World Bank and to the NYSE Liffe Commodities Exchange.

Daniel Gibson - Head of Coffee Analysis
Daniel joined CCS in 2013 directly upon completion of a BSc in Economics at City University in London. He began as a Junior Analyst and has progressed to become our Head of Coffee Analysis.
Immersing himself in the world of Coffee, Daniel has undertaken crop tours of Brazil and Vietnam, interviewing farmers, exporters, collectors and warehouse keepers which has broadened his understanding of both the coffee production cycle as well as the entire supply chain from farm to roaster.
Applying his aptitude as an economist to his passion for the coffee market, Daniel is adept at trade flow and certified stocks analysis as well as hedge flow and S&D balance sheet management.

Akshay Kumar - Soft Commodity Data Analyst
Akshay graduated with a Distinction in the University of Ulster's Data Science MSc programme before joining CCS in 2024.
With previous analytical experience in industries including automobile manufacturing, IT, and recruitment, he brings a fresh perspective to the company as we look to improve our internal data management and analysis processes.
Akshay utilises his passion for data to analyse the soft commodities markets and to identify actionable insights from our proprietary data sets.

Baird Hull - Head of Cocoa Analysis
Baird Hull has been working in the commodities sphere since 2011 and brings a rare perspective having both analysed and traded commodities using fundamental market analysis.
He was Head of Research at Lubben Capital Management from 2011 to 2017, transitioning to a Portfolio Manager role at LFC Commodities (later Shay Capital) in 2018 where he took responsibility for commodity research & market analysis. Baird joined the CCS team in May 2025.
He has extensive experience across softs (particularly Cocoa & Coffee), grains & oilseeds, as well as energy and metals. Baird brings considerable knowledge of statistical modeling to CCS, both in terms of crop modelling as well as econometric supply, demand, and price models.
